We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Server Assistant/Busser (Makahiki) to become part of our resort team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests and creating an exceptional Disney dining experience by anticipating guest needs and delivering items in a timely manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Delivering orders to guest tables or staging areas in the dining room and lounge areas using designated pivot points.
Welcoming and interacting with guests in a positive, friendly manner while providing helpful information regarding directions and event schedules.
Checking receipts, assembling guest food orders, and ensuring presentation meets fresh, high-quality standards.
Replenishing food, serving items, clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes as necessary.
Performing essential side work, such as cleaning work areas, polishing silverware, folding napkins, making coffee, and filling juice dispensers.
Bussing tables, disposing of trash, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and transporting dirty dishes to the dish room.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent hospitality skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong verbal communication. Candidates should be self-directed, adaptable, and willing to follow instructions while working well under pressure. While previous restaurant, fine dining, or Hawaiian Island hospitality experience is preferred—along with knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese languages—we welcome motivated individuals ready to bring exceptional service to our guests.

The pay rate for this full-time role is $17.50 per hour, plus gratuities. Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as our resort operates around the clock.
