As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks including:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and services in customer locations
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
- Performing site surveys and assessing customer needs
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Following safety protocols and company procedures at all times
