Shift Lead – Wick Field

DoorDash is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join the team at DashMart in Milwaukee, WI. DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable delivery of convenience, grocery, retail, and prepared foods. In this hands-on role, you will support Site Management by running great shifts, delegating tasks, and engaging actively in day-to-day warehouse and kitchen operations.

As a Shift Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and cleanliness, quality control, and training.
• Maintaining accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to protect against loss or theft.
• Delighting customers by executing orders accurately, communicating effectively when issues arise, and facilitating smooth Dasher pickups.
• Guiding Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safe and productive work habits, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
• Supporting both warehouse and kitchen tasks, leading by example, and contributing ideas to improve overall operational quality.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education, and must be at least 18 years of age.
• A proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
• The physical ability to be on your feet, move heavy products, operate a pallet jack and hand truck, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• The ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate, with training provided by DoorDash.
• Organizational skills and proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility in schedule to work a variety of shifts depending on site needs.
• A self-motivated, positive attitude with high integrity and a strong commitment to teamwork.
