GWF is seeking a dedicated Shift Miller to join our team on a full-time basis in the Geelong Region, Victoria. As a Shift Miller, you will play a vital role in our milling operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Operating and monitoring milling equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Conducting regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and meet specifications.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Adhering strictly to safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures on site.
- Working collaboratively with team members across shifts to achieve production targets.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic production environment. Relevant milling experience or a background in a similar manufacturing or processing role is highly advantageous.
