We are currently seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join the team at our Riverton location, serving the Willetton and surrounding Canning area.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand values to life. You will help lead daily restaurant operations, support team members, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Guiding and supporting restaurant team members during your shift to maintain high service standards
- Ensuring food safety, quality control, and operational procedures are consistently followed
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service and resolving any guest inquiries promptly
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment on the floor
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. Previous experience in food service or team leadership is highly advantageous.
