Goldenpoint SpA is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join the team on a part-time, 20-hour basis at our store located in Castel Guelfo, The Style Outlets (BO). If you have a passion for retail and customer service, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic store environment in the Bologna area.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive, assisted sales to ensure every customer enjoys the best possible shopping experience.
- Sharing your enthusiasm for the brand and its products while working to build lasting customer loyalty.
- Participating in in-store visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Handling the restock of the sales floor and assisting with general warehouse and stock management tasks.
- Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently during daily transactions.
We are looking for candidates who bring prior experience working as a sales assistant, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment. The ideal person is enthusiastic, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting where teamwork and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
