Instacart Shoppers is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Full‑Service Shoppers in Newbury, Essex County. This part‑time role offers a fixed annual compensation of $66,644 and the flexibility to set your own hours through the Shopper app.
As a Full‑Service Shopper you will receive grocery orders on your smartphone, shop for the items at local stores, and deliver them directly to customers’ doors. The position blends shopping, driving, and customer interaction, giving you the chance to earn while helping people access the food they love.
- Accept and manage orders via the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop accurately for a variety of grocery and household items
- Communicate with customers about substitutions or special requests
- Deliver orders promptly and professionally using your own vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check
Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and comfortable navigating store aisles and local streets. You should have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a smartphone capable of running the Shopper app. No formal education or prior grocery experience is required; training is provided on the job.
