We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our professional team on a part-time basis. In this key support role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations and provide essential administrative assistance across our business activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing mining company while maintaining a part-time schedule.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will generally include:
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to site operations and management teams.
- Managing internal and external communications, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems in accordance with company standards.
- Assisting with coordination, scheduling, and logistical support for team meetings and site activities.
