KinderCare Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Site Director to lead our team at Discovery Canyon Campus, located in the Cimarron Hills area of El Paso County. As the Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and supporting both children and staff. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team of educators, build strong relationships with families, and ensure that our center meets the highest standards of quality and care.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Managing the daily administrative and operational functions of the site
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting teaching staff in their professional growth and classroom practices
- Building and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with parents and the local community
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment that aligns with company policies and educational standards
- Fostering a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement among staff and students
This full-time position comes with an annual salary of $88,668.
