Kier Group is currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our high-profile Kier and Graham Joint Venture team. This full-time position is based at the Faslane and Coulport Naval Bases, working 42.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Venture, which delivers essential capital works for the MOD at one of the nation’s largest and most critical naval facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will naturally align with the standards expected of an experienced Site Manager within major infrastructure and construction environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating construction activities on-site.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Liaising closely with project stakeholders, clients, and the broader joint venture team to report on progress.
- Resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the construction process.
We are offering a competitive and set salary of £60,862 per year for this full-time opportunity.
