Network Plus is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Grimsargh, Preston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of the ENW Excavate and Lay contract across the North West. We are offering a competitive salary of £42,000 to £47,000 per year for this position.
As the Site Manager, you will provide direct supervision to the teams under your jurisdiction, guiding projects smoothly from the initial handover stage all the way through to final completion in an efficient and effective manner. Your day-to-day efforts and overall success will be measured against our three core company imperatives: maintaining exceptional HSEQ performance, achieving accurate programme delivery, and consistently delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Overseeing and managing operational teams on-site to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Guiding projects seamlessly from the initial handover phase through to final completion.
- Monitoring work standards to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) guidelines.
- Driving programme delivery to meet established timelines and project milestones.
- Fostering strong relationships to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges promptly.
