Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes and patient-centered care within the ward environment.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for patients.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborating effectively with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Promoting a safe environment for patients and staff, supporting initiatives such as our ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ programme.
