In this dynamic role, you will act as the deputy location manager, playing a hands-on part in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of operational areas, from human resources tasks to fleet management and general on-site coordination.
Key responsibilities and daily tasks for this position generally include:
- Assisting the location manager in overseeing daily on-site operations and maintaining high standards of efficiency
- Supporting human resources functions, including team coordination, communication, and general administrative support
- Overseeing aspects of the local vehicle fleet to ensure reliability and readiness
- Acting as a central point of contact for the team on the ground, combining leadership with hands-on operational support
- Contributing to continuous improvement processes and helping to implement new, innovative operational paths
