UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor in the Stratmoor Hills area of El Paso County. This is a full-time, onsite position based at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, operating within the UCHlthMG Cardiology department. The standard work schedule is full-time, consisting of 80 hours per pay period over two weeks, working day shifts. The annual salary associated with this position is $57,890.
In this vital leadership role, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency within our cardiology nursing unit. As an onsite supervisor, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality services are delivered daily.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Supervising daily staff activities and clinical operations for the assigned nursing area or function.
- Determining, coordinating, and supervising daily staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
- Guiding and supporting nursing personnel to ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
