All Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our care team on a full-time basis across the Isle of Wight, including Cowes, Newport, and Freshwater. As a Support Worker with All Care, your role will involve assisting individuals with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their personal care and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect. You will work closely with clients in their own homes, delivering tailored support that improves their quality of life.
We offer competitive pay rates, with compensation structured around £14 per year/hourly arrangements as specified, alongside block-paid hours. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays. Key responsibilities and duties typically include:
- Providing compassionate personal care and practical support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and medication reminders

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in client needs to the management team
