North Texas Float Pool is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technology professional to join our team as a Surg Tech – Float Pool in Plano, Collin County. This unique opportunity offers an annual salary of $168,083.
In this dynamic float role, you will provide critical support across multiple facility locations. Your primary assignments will include floating to Calloway Creek, Medical City Surgery Center Ft Worth, Medical City Surgery Center Alliance, Medical City Surgery Center Denton, Medical City Surgery Center Southlake, and Trinity Park Surgery Center.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, including the sterile setup of instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during operations by passing instruments, holding retractors, and managing sterile fields.
- Maintaining strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
- Transporting patients safely and assisting with positioning and prepping surgical sites as required.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals across our designated surgery centers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
