We specialise in shaft sinking, mine development, contract mining, raiseboring, underground construction, engineering and technical services, and specialty services in the mining and construction sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Systems Administrator on a full-time basis, located at our Eagle Farm office in Brisbane.
In this role, you will play a vital part in our IT operations with a strong focus on project management and implementation. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure that technical initiatives are thoroughly researched, carefully planned, and successfully executed to support our global mining operations.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Researching, planning, and implementing the technical portions of various IT and systems projects.
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Providing ongoing administrative support and troubleshooting for company systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintaining documentation related to system configurations, project plans, and technical procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in IT systems administration, combined with proven experience in project management and technical implementation. Your ability to analyse complex problems, plan effectively, and implement robust solutions will be essential. Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach are also crucial as you work alongside colleagues and technical teams.
