Open Door Pub Co. Pty LTD is seeking a full-time Talent Coordinator to join the team in Victoria, Australia. In this role, you will play an important part in helping to attract, engage, and develop the next generation of hospitality talent across our network of iconic venues.
This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging professional with a background in talent, recruitment, or hospitality who is genuinely passionate about candidate attraction, proactive sourcing, and workforce development. You will work closely with the wider team to support recruitment campaigns and apprenticeship programs that power our venues with great people.
Key responsibilities for the Talent Coordinator may include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for various campaigns and apprenticeship roles.
- Engaging with potential candidates and delivering a positive, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
- Collaborating with venue managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and workforce development goals.
- Assisting with talent sourcing initiatives to build strong pipelines of future hospitality professionals.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and supporting administrative tasks as required.
