At Lives Lived Well, we offer a variety of community and residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) programs throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia. Our dedicated teams help thousands of people every year to navigate AOD-related challenges, overcome adversity, and move forward in positive directions in their lives. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding our staff and supporting our service delivery, ensuring that clients receive safe, structured, and compassionate care.
In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will generally include:
- Providing supportive leadership, guidance, and day-to-day operational oversight to team members within the service.
- Ensuring that support programs are delivered in a safe, structured, and client-centred environment.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members, management, and external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Monitoring service delivery standards and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with administrative duties, team communication, and the ongoing development of support staff.
