- Recommending tailored Telstra solutions, devices, and plans to match individual customer lifestyles and budgets
- Delivering high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and promotional compliance
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, maintaining a positive brand reputation
- Working collaboratively toward store sales targets and key performance indicators
