Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to oversee capital equipment solutions on a permanent, full-time basis across Auckland and the wider New Zealand market. In this high-impact business development role, you will represent a premium portfolio of world-class sterilisation technologies and operating theatre solutions from a globally recognized leader in the industry.

As the Territory Manager, you will be entrusted with owning a national New Zealand territory, providing you with genuine autonomy to drive major hospital capital equipment projects from initial concept through to successful installation. You will work closely with healthcare facilities, clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex medical and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:

Driving new business development and expanding market share across the designated healthcare territory.
Managing the complete lifecycle of major capital equipment projects, from initial consultations and tenders to final installation and handover.
Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with key hospital stakeholders, clinical staff, and biomedical engineers.
Collaborating closely with an experienced ANZ commercial and technical support team to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery.
Presenting technical product demonstrations and providing ongoing education regarding premium sterilisation and operating theatre solutions.
