Ramsay Health Care is seeking a dedicated Theatre Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week in Beeleigh, Maldon. Key responsibilities for the Theatre Manager include:
- Providing strong clinical and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary theatre team
- Ensuring the highest standards of perioperative care and patient safety are consistently maintained
- Managing day-to-day department operations, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment
- Collaborating with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical scheduling and delivery
