Ramsay Health Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Theatre Practitioner specialising in Anaesthetics and Recovery to join the dynamic Theatre Team at North Downs Hospital in Caterham, serving the Pound Hill, Crawley area. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £37,889.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high standards of patient care within the theatre environment, specifically focusing on anaesthetic support and post-operative recovery. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a safe, supportive, and efficient surgical experience for every patient.
Key responsibilities and requirements for the role include:
- Holding current valid HCPC or NMC registration as an RN or ODP.
- Demonstrating good, relevant experience working in a similar theatre, anaesthetic, or recovery setting.
- Possessing a proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a dedicated team environment.
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support patients and colleagues alike.
- Maintaining professional standards and adhering to clinical governance and health and safety guidelines.
