Witherslack Group is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis, located across two children’s homes in Grasswell, Houghton Le Spring. In this role, you will be a crucial part of a highly integrated SEND support model, working alongside specialist teams to provide exceptional clinical support in both our schools and children’s homes.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing specialist therapeutic assessments, interventions, and ongoing support for children and young people within our residential homes.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including education staff, care workers, and other clinical professionals, to ensure a joined-up approach to care and development.
- Contributing to care and placement plans through expert clinical insights and recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.
- Engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to promote positive behavioral and emotional outcomes for young people.
