Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Greenbrae, California, located in the Larkspur area of Marin County. This position offers an annualized compensation of $100,813, reflecting the competitive pay structure typical for travel imaging roles. As a travel CT Tech, you will join a dedicated clinical team that provides ongoing support throughout your assignment, along with access to comprehensive benefits designed for healthcare travelers.
The role involves performing computed tomography examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. You will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients, operating CT equipment, selecting appropriate scan parameters, and ensuring image quality meets diagnostic requirements. Radiation safety practices, contrast administration procedures, and accurate documentation are integral parts of daily work. Collaboration with radiologists, nurses, and other technologists is expected to support efficient patient throughput and high-quality care.
Required qualifications include:
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical setting
- Current ARRT certification with CT registry (or eligibility)
- Valid California Radiologic Health Branch (CRHB) license or ability to obtain
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with major CT platforms and PACS/RIS systems
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to new facility workflows
Travel assignments typically involve working 36–40 hours per week, with shift schedules determined by facility needs. Housing stipends or company-arranged lodging, travel reimbursement, and licensure assistance are commonly provided as part of the travel package.
