UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and qualified Travel RN for our Acute Care Float Pool based at the UCHealth Anschutz campus in Aurora, Arapahoe County. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity offering 72.00 hours per pay period across standard two-week schedules. This is a 13-week assignment with local RN traveler contract options also available for candidates who reside within 75 miles of the facility.
As a Travel RN in the Acute Care Float Pool, you will provide professional nursing care to patients across various acute care units, adapting quickly to different clinical environments and maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality of care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and charting accurately within the electronic health record system.
Compensation for this full-time role is set at $95,361 per year, corresponding to an hourly rate of $50.00 plus an applicable travel package and stipend, depending on eligibility and distance.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid eNLC multistate privileges
- A minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
