SYSTRA is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Undergraduate to Graduate Civil Engineer to join our rail team in the Brisbane CBD on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or advance your engineering career with a globally recognized consultancy known for delivering innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions across major infrastructure projects.
As part of our dynamic rail team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and industry professionals on a diverse range of projects. You will contribute to technical designs, assist with engineering analyses, and help deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients and stakeholders. This role offers exposure to all phases of project delivery, supporting your professional development from undergraduate studies through to your transition into a graduate career.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
- Currently studying towards or recently graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A strong interest in the rail sector and transport infrastructure development.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for technical detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive and innovative engineering consultancy.
