Amart Furniture is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of end-to-end user experiences across our core digital products, helping to shape the future of our online presence.
As part of the Customer and Campaigns team, your design remit spans horizontally across the business. Your work will directly support promotional campaigns, online trading, and the broader customer experience, going far beyond standard conversion rate optimization.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Designing intuitive front-end experiences for our website that integrate seamlessly with our personalisation and Data 360 capabilities.
- Translating unified customer data into relevant, well-crafted moments throughout the digital customer journey.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to deliver engaging digital solutions.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with brand standards and user needs.
- Participating in user research and testing to continuously refine and improve the digital product experience.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both user experience and user interface design.
