Halfords, the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance, and repair business, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in Hildenborough, Tonbridge. This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week opportunity offering a solid career path with great benefits and earning potential.
In this role as a Vehicle Technician and Mechanic, you will be responsible for undertaking routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and complex repair or replacement work. We are looking for someone who is already experienced and confident in the workshop, capable of maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Here is a breakdown of the financial package and earning potential for this full-time position:
- Base salary of £32,790 to £38,100 per year, depending on experience
- On-target earnings of up to £45,000 per year
- An uncapped monthly bonus scheme, with average additional earnings of £6,900 per year
- Additional earning opportunities through our refer-a-friend scheme (terms and conditions apply)
