Fit HR Services is currently recruiting for a Video Producer on behalf of AM Visuals, a video strategy-first content marketing agency based in the Blacktown area of Western Sydney. This is a full-time, hands-on senior position offering a competitive annual salary between A$80,000 and A$85,000.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing teams, business owners, and a variety of clients across Sydney to deliver high-impact visual content. AM Visuals specializes in a broad range of media, including testimonial videos, brand and website videos, YouTube and social media content, event coverage, and podcast production.
As a senior team member, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve leading creative concepts from the initial brief through to final delivery, managing client relationships independently, and overseeing production workflows. We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings both creative vision and strong project management capabilities to the table.
Key responsibilities for the Video Producer position include:
- Developing creative concepts, storyboards, and video strategies that align with client goals and marketing objectives.
- Managing end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning and on-set coordination to post-production oversight.
- Building and maintaining strong, independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across Sydney.
- Producing a diverse portfolio of content, such as brand stories, customer testimonials, social media assets, event coverage, and podcasts.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
