As a Volunteer Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our store run smoothly and successfully. While exact daily duties may vary based on store needs, typical responsibilities for this part-time volunteer position generally include:

Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service on the shop floor
Sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items and clothing for display
Merchandising stock and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe retail environment
Operating the point of sale (POS) system and handling cash or card transactions
Assisting with general store upkeep and inventory management tasks
