We are currently seeking a Vice President, AI Quantitative Analyst to join our new, dedicated AI team within Global Markets at our New York office (One Bryant Park). This high-profile role is responsible for creating, driving, and implementing technologies related to Large Language Models (LLMs) and their variants, providing the models, tools, and technology for the firm’s technical talent to revolutionize our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Generative AI technologies in Global Markets and across the wider firm
  • Researching and testing new models, methods, and analytic processes
  • Creating new ideas and applications for sales and trading
  • Acting as a key interface between the global quantitative team, technology staff, and senior business representatives
  • Educating sales teams, traders, and clients on new artificial intelligence technologies
  • Creating technical documentation for related activities and collaborating on systems design

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extremely strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of statistics, artificial intelligence, and Python programming
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agents
  • Background in quantitative finance and a broad knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Curiosity regarding the latest research and cutting-edge AI and programming packages
  • High level of creativity and the potential to generate novel ideas for the business or for publication
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Minimum education requirement: Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

This is a 1st shift, full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week in an in-office environment that allows for an appropriate level of flexibility based on role-specific considerations. The annualized salary pay range is $200,000.00 to $225,000.00, with final offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Additionally, this role is discretionary incentive eligible, allowing participation in the annual discretionary plan based on individual, business, and company performance results. This role is also benefits-eligible, providing access to our comprehensive offerings, paid time off, and employee support resources.
