Operating for 25 years, this fully accredited practice holds a strong, trusted reputation for delivering quality health services to the local community.
In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team of General Practitioners, allied health professionals, specialists, and diagnostic service providers operating on-site. The practice offers a broad range of general family medical services while supporting practitioners with special interests through specialized clinics.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing comprehensive, patient-centred general practice care to individuals and families in the community
- Conducting routine consultations, preventative health assessments, and chronic disease management
- Collaborating effectively with on-site allied health, specialists, and support staff
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records
- Participating in clinic-specific care pathways and special interest areas as aligned with practice offerings
