Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a dedicated Wealth Management Client Associate to join our team in the Houston Market. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, serving as a primary point of contact for client needs, and helping individuals pursue their financial and life goals through our trusted advisory platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional client service by educating clients on available banking and wealth management offerings.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all client materials and following up diligently on requests from both clients and Financial Advisors.
  • Supporting operational excellence by adhering strictly to internal policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.
  • Deepening existing relationships by promoting integrated banking solutions and communicating opportunities back to the advisory team.
  • Assisting with general day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coverage during periods of high demand or absence.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to new information and technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented execution, and proficiency with standard computer applications are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with clients to deliver complex solutions, comfort operating in a dynamic setting, and current or in-progress FINRA credentials such as the SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 (or equivalent Series 63 and 65 licenses). A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalent is required.
