Optum is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician – Generalist to join our team in Peoria, IL. Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive women’s health services to the community through office-based services, deliveries, and inpatient or outpatient surgical procedures.
- Managing a consistent clinic and office schedule with dedicated rounding time built into the routine.
- Practicing full-scope gynecology, including major and minor procedures and minimally invasive surgeries.
- Collaborating closely with local support teams, diagnostic testing facilities, and specialized colleagues.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Possession of an unrestricted medical license in the applicable state, or an active state application in process.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- An active and unrestricted DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start of employment.
