Optum is seeking a dedicated Physician in Family Medicine to join our team at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Northwest Campus Bldg. A, located in Ahwatukee, AZ. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing comprehensive, continuous primary medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Promoting preventive health care, wellness, and patient education.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary care teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications required for this position:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- MD or DO degree.
- Valid medical license and applicable certifications to practice medicine.
