Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynecologist Physician to join our collaborative care team in Worcester, MA. As part of the Optum Care Delivery network, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone, backed by the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization.

In this role, you will practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting while partnering closely with primary care and a large referral base. You will enjoy a collegial group practice supported by dedicated practice management systems and active on-staff laborists covering over 50 percent of on-call duties, allowing you to practice at the top of your license. Additional opportunities for student and resident teaching and research are available if desired.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative, team-based practice model.
Utilize the state-of-the-art Epic EMR system to deliver patient-centric care focused on quality over volume.

Contribute new practice ideas and initiatives to improve community health outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (BC/BE).
Unlimited Licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
Active DEA License.
Full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related healthcare technology.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary range for this full-time role is $278,500 to $484,500, representing total cash compensation at target based on experience, metrics, and variable pay mix.
Comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
