CRNA Anesthesiology Full-time

CHRISTUS Health is currently seeking a dedicated, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the dynamic Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. This full-time, hospital-employed W-2 opportunity is located within a Level 2 trauma center that emphasizes a cohesive, collaborative team approach and a supportive workplace culture.

In this role, you will manage a diverse case mix that includes trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, ophthalmology, electrophysiology, gastroenterology, and optional obstetrics for professionals proficient with epidural and spinal anesthesia (excluding hearts or transplants). Clinicians utilize modern anesthesia equipment, such as Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and computerized EPIC charting.

The position offers a competitive compensation package featuring a guaranteed 40 hours per week of pay, a premium pay rate of $200 per hour for any hours worked over 40 in a single workweek, and applicable shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, alongside holidays compensated at 1.5x the standard rate. Comprehensive benefits include sign-on incentives up to $55,000, student stipends, front-loaded Paid Time Off, 40 hours of annual CME time with a $2,500 annual CME allowance, a 403(b) retirement account with employer match, malpractice coverage, medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits, and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Requirements for candidates include:
