Headway is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a flexible role based out of Cheektowaga, Erie County, offering the opportunity to work fully remote via telehealth, in-person, or through a hybrid model.
This position is designed to help you launch or grow your private practice in a stress-free environment, utilizing a free platform built to support Licensed Social Workers in managing their independent work. You will enjoy total autonomy in your practice, allowing you to set your own hours and maintain full control over your availability and schedule.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker utilizing the Headway platform, you will be expected to deliver professional mental health care services to clients, maintain appropriate clinical documentation, and manage your practice independently while leveraging the administrative and billing support provided by the platform. Candidates must possess the appropriate state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice.
