HR Analyst

TOM Australia is seeking a dedicated HR Analyst to join our growing HR function on a full-time basis, located in the vibrant area of The Rocks, Sydney. This is a hands-on HR Analyst and HR Operations position sitting within a highly structured, governance-driven financial services environment. In this role, your primary focus will be on maintaining exceptional HR data integrity, conducting payroll validation, generating insightful reporting, and driving continuous process improvement. Please note that payroll processing is fully outsourced; therefore, this position acts as the crucial internal liaison with our external payroll provider to ensure absolute accuracy, strict compliance, and the delivery of high-quality people data across the business.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the external payroll provider, overseeing payroll validation and ensuring seamless operational execution.
• Maintaining the integrity of HR systems and employee records within a governance-driven framework.
• Producing accurate HR reports and data analytics to support strategic decision-making within the wider business.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement within HR operations and data workflows.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and financial services standards.
