SKIDATA Australasia Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – APAC (HR Advisor) to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Port Melbourne, Port Phillip, this role plays a crucial part in supporting our dynamic regional workforce across Australia and the broader APAC region. As part of the global SKIDATA Group, we specialize in delivering innovative, integrated access and revenue management solutions for a diverse range of sectors, including airports, hospitals, universities, commercial facilities, and government infrastructure.
In this dedicated HR position, you will work closely with management and employees to provide expert guidance on a broad spectrum of human resources functions. You will help drive regional people strategies while ensuring day-to-day operations align with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Providing trusted advisory support to leaders and staff on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for regional talent.
- Facilitating learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives across the APAC workforce.
- Managing HR administration, documentation, and reporting to ensure accurate personnel records.
- Collaborating on continuous improvement projects for human resources processes and procedures.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive annual salary ranging between A$85,000 and A$95,000.
