This position offers an annual salary of $97,948 and features an ASAP start date. You will be joining an academic healthcare organization within a growing CRNA group in a highly desirable location.

The position is structured for 40 hours per week, providing schedule flexibility with a current staff working a mix of 10-hour, 13-hour, and 16-hour shifts. Additionally, weekends are currently optional, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while contributing to a dynamic and expanding clinical team.
Key responsibilities and professional expectations for this CRNA position typically include:
- Administering anesthesia and anesthesia-related care to patients in various clinical and surgical settings
- Conducting thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients prior to procedures
- Developing and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Monitoring patient vitals and physiological conditions continuously throughout procedures, adjusting anesthesia as necessary
- Managing patient emergence and recovery from anesthesia, ensuring safe transitions to post-operative care units
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all anesthesia procedures, medications administered, and patient responses
- Participating in academic and clinical group activities, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
