In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair work across our facilities. You will work within established safety and quality guidelines to ensure that electrical systems and equipment operate reliably and efficiently to support ongoing operations.
Key responsibilities for the Electrician position typically include:
- Carrying out routine electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Installing new electrical systems and wiring in accordance with relevant safety standards and technical specifications.
- Conducting thorough inspections and testing to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Accurately completing maintenance logs, documentation, and reports regarding work carried out.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other trades to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Completion of a recognized Modern Apprenticeship or possession of verified Trade Papers, which must be provided at the time of your application.
- Proven experience working as an Electrician in a relevant industrial, manufacturing, or commercial setting.
- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards.
