We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Analyst / Business Operations Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing operational data, streamlining business processes, and supporting effective planning initiatives within our Defence logistics operations.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Analyzing operational workflows, data, and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and support business operations planning strategies
- Preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to assist stakeholders in decision-making
- Assisting with project coordination and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting ongoing administrative and operational tasks
To be successful in this position, you should bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a dynamic team environment. Experience in business analysis, operations planning, or a related field within the logistics or defence sector will be highly regarded.
