Cedars Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living community on a full-time basis in Blackhawk, Jefferson County. In this role, you will play a vital part in fulfilling our commitment to providing a stellar quality of life for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve delivering direct resident care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring resident health statuses, collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards and regulatory guidelines.
We are currently looking to fill specific full-time scheduling options to best support our community:
- Day shift schedule: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Day shift schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
