InterContinental Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in the Adelaide CBD. We like to lead from the front, and we are looking for someone who sets their own high standards across everything from cleanliness to operational productivity, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the hotel by assisting in overseeing all aspects of the property. You will champion our ‘one team’ approach, working collaboratively with staff across various departments to maintain our high standards of service and hospitality.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth coordination between departments
- Acting as a primary point of contact and leadership presence on the floor
- Effectively and efficiently managing guest complaints, queries, and suggestions with a customer-first mindset
- Supporting and guiding team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture
- Upholding brand standards regarding safety, security, cleanliness, and service quality
