You will be working with our client located on the CNPE de Flamanville site, a company known for providing comprehensive repair and installation services for machinery and industrial equipment. In this role as a crane operator, you will play an essential part in supporting safe and efficient on-site operations.
Typical day-to-day responsibilities for this position may include:
- Operating overhead cranes and lifting equipment to move heavy loads and materials securely across the work site
- Conducting routine pre-operational checks and safety inspections on equipment prior to use
- Communicating clearly with ground teams and riggers using standard signals or radios to ensure precise placement of materials
- Complying strictly with all site safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and quality standards
- Assisting with general handling and logistics tasks as required by the team
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and teamwork. Familiarity with industrial environments and adherence to strict operational procedures are highly valued. A valid certification or authorization for operating lifting equipment relevant to the nuclear or industrial sector is typically required for this type of position.
