ACLE Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Camberwell, Victoria. In this full‑time role, you will contribute to Australia’s clean energy future by supporting the delivery of industry‑leading renewable energy and infrastructure projects. The position offers a competitive salary of A$100,000 per year.
Primary Objective
- Apply expertise in process optimisation and operational efficiency to enhance project outcomes.
- Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for improvement across renewable energy and infrastructure operations.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and site personnel, to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators and conduct root‑cause analyses to drive sustainable operational gains.
- Support the planning and execution of capital projects, ensuring that new installations meet efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial engineering or a related field, preferably within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping, value‑stream analysis, and lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
