Adecco, a leading workforce solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated Product Process Engineer to join our team in Oostkamp, Brugge. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and production, ensuring that new products are introduced smoothly and efficiently into our manufacturing lines.
As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring product flow through the entire production process. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include creating detailed work instructions, designing and implementing machine programs—particularly for complex printed circuit boards—and troubleshooting technical challenges that arise during production.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track product progress from development to production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Develop comprehensive work instructions and machine programs, tailoring solutions for intricate PCB manufacturing requirements.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and production staff to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance product reliability.
