In this role, you will play a vital part in providing an outstanding customer experience. While others might call you a delivery driver, at Ocado Logistics you are a valued Customer Service Team Member, responsible for ensuring top-quality products are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a smile to thousands of customers every week.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Safely operating company vehicles to complete multi-stop delivery routes in and around the designated region.
- Providing friendly, professional, and excellent customer service upon every delivery.
- Ensuring goods are handled with care and delivered accurately and on time.
- Conducting routine vehicle checks and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
- Communicating effectively with the logistics team to resolve any on-the-road issues promptly.
This is a part-time position offering 24 hours per week, with a competitive rate of £14 per year (as per listing details). It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy independent work combined with regular customer interaction and who take pride in representing a leading household brand.
